Experimental documentary about the role of arts in social change, made during a groundbreaking two-year project researching the impact of arts participation in Peterborough, UK. Featuring interviews with local and international artists, and people who took part in arts projects across the city.

The film was made in collaboration with participants, who chose locations that had personal and creative meaning for them. I recorded longform unstructured interviews with participants, and processed the film with them by hand in Peterborough.
