KC experiment

i was part of a live performance at kino climates (the annual meet up of the kino climates network of alternative cinemas, which this year happened in newcastle upon tyne, uk). i performed with a couple of musician friends (canada's finest Carbon Paycheque), and my part was distinctly less "live" than theirs, with the material being pre-made. i spent the previous week creating bits of film which I then stitched together to create a super-widescreen piece, and projected. the above video is just a 2-3 minute extract from the 30-minute screen work, and without the mind-expanding sound that went alongside it.
